Video: Track Action Items in the Wiki
As topics are discussed in a meeting, record action items on the meeting wiki page. Then, as you work on items, be sure to update their status so everyone can keep track.

Can you please give us a look at the RAG illustrator you have for the Action Items? That looks mighty handy….!

Hi Bridget,
What do you mean by RAG? I’m just not sure what the RAG acronym stands for.
Thanks,
Stewart

Sorry, Stewart – Red-Amber-Green=RAG I saw glimpses of the color indicators for the various Action Items so one could see at a glance which needed attention. Can we get a closer look?
Thanks!
BT

Hi Bridget,
Thanks for clarifying, and I’m sorry for not realizing that that’s what you meant! The color indicators for the action items are part of the Tasklist Macro for the Confluence wiki. The Macro is part of a free plugin you can download from the Atlassian website.
I just looked at the latest version of the plugin and the colors have changed: instead of the red and green, the plugin now appears to use beige to indicate incomplete items, and blue for complete items. It has some new features though, including the ability to set plugin priority (high, medium, low), and assign a task to a particular person via their username. I hope this helps – please let me know if there’s anything else I can answer or help with. Good luck!
