The person replied back, explaining why Wikis are really helpful for Project Managers. I think the issue was that our experience with wikis (for documenting projects) was far from perfect and thus we were (in my company) all under the impression that Wikis were not the next big thing. I think they're worth another try. I commented on someone’s blog the other day questioning the real use of Wikis in Project Management.
