P&G CEO A.G. Lafley: “The whole wiki idea, we like a lot.”

In a recent interview with Wall Street Journal Online Executive Editor Alan Murray for the WSJ’s Viewpoints series, Procter & Gamble CEO A.G. Lafley discusses how the company uses wikis internally.

He describes the wiki concept as “very reapplicable” and says that for P&G’s 138,000 people, the goal is to “get everything that everybody knows converted into action for consumers.”

Here’s another video from the same interview, where Lafley discusses innovation based on simplicity, with the Swiffer as an example.
