  1. 1. We are a privately held financial services firm in the US. that’s regulated by the U.S. government. How is wiki technology being embraced under tight scrutiny? We think we have figured it out…tell Senior management WIIFY. By communicating the obvious – “What In It for You” (or them).
    2. Developed a simple enterprise 2.0 adoption strategy
    3. Understand the businesses core competencies and how to get executive buy in to support enterprise 2.0 efforts and understand its value to the organization
    4. Quantitative and qualitative ROI — communicate the immediate benefits and gains of deploying collaborative technologies
