This poll raised some questions for me, Stewart.
Can you give some references for these in your own writings? I am especially interested in seeing how people use wikis for project management and for students in a class (an option you do not have above but which I am considering since I am teaching a new class beginning next week).

Jeffrey,
Results and analysis are up: http://www.ikiw.org/2008/03/28/poll-results-how-do-you-use-a-wiki/ with responses to your comment.
I’m planning an educational uses poll next week, and will be blogging about tips for each of the uses.
Thanks for commenting!
