Day 19: Be Firm
Once you get wiki use started, be firm and make sure people don’t drift back to earlier means of collaboration:

This need to be firm and remind and re-instruct and clarify and continue to sell this vision is key. As a project manager who works with educational and learning initiatives all day long, I think this is the easiest part to go easy on, which in turn dismantles all the previous work.
