Here are three new posts from my Lessons from Firefox series on the Atlassian Blog, applying the Mozilla management principles to wiki adoption. Just ask people to use a wiki and they’re likely to get hooked quickly, and evangelize it further. Lead by following is critical to wiki success. It’s an open, non-hierarchical tool that’s most successful when people see their peers using it. Nurture renegades if they’re enthusiastic about using a wiki, because they know what they need to be successful. Look for three more lessons throughout next week.
