7 Lessons from Firefox applied to wiki collaboration
While travelling last week, I picked up a copy of Inc. magazine and found a great article on Mitchell Baker’s leadership of Mozilla. A sidebar in the article, The Mozilla School of Management, looked at Mozilla’s seven principles for leading a widely dispersed organization where most people work virtually and rarely meet in person, so I decided to apply them to wiki collaboration in organizations. My first Lesson from Firefox is on the Atlassian Blog now, and I’ll publish six more lessons over the next two weeks. Hope you find them useful – what other lessons might you add?
